You have probably been told, just like the rest of us, that in order to burn the greatest amount of fat you need to do cardio for 20 to 60 minutes at a moderate intensity. How HIIT Works With HIIT, you will be working harder than you normally work but for about a quarter to a half of the time that you would normally spend on the cardio machine of your choice. Here’s What You Do: Pick the cardio machine of your choice (treadmill, elliptical, rower, bike, swimming) and perform a 5 minute warm-up.     is it normal for a 15 yr old girl to have a quite noticeable six pack stomach? ?

    im very athletic and i swim alot but recently myself and other people are noticing that my stomch muscles are becoming very noticeable, it looks like a six pack. but none of other girls seem to have one, so why have i?

        Lose fat???

        Whats an easy way for an active person to lose fat, but not very much?? Help??

        Are there any health advantages to having a six-pack stomach or a bodybuilder’s body?

        Or is it just for show?
        I’ve avoided getting illnesses that those around me have had since I’ve been working out (colds, viral gastroenteritis, etc.)
        So it’s an indirect correlation?
