    I think this is a very bad video. First of all, sit ups are very bad, especially how it’s done in here. It can cause a lot of damage to your lower back. There are way better exercises for your abdominals. And in a sit up you are attending to use the rest of your body to come up. Crunches are a lot better. For the lower abs I advise you to do leg raises.

    throwing the ball is not an “advanced” exercise. you are reducing range of motion and basically just being lazy.
