    to reveal your abs you must increase your cardio, do it daily, along with no starchy carbs after 12:30pm, consume more fruits, vegetables, and natural foods… Basically balance your consumed energy with the amount of activity.     Simple solution…you need to clean up your eating…eating tons of rice, pasta, or bread, or chips will keep the abs hidden…just assuming you are eating this way. You need to eat more veggie and fruits…and start using my workout cardio clips along with your normal cardio…try it for a week…ok?
