    well every exercise is different, and doing a range of different ones will ensure success :)

    but if ur neck hurts from crunches ur probably not doing them right…. check out some youtube videos and see wat ur doing wrong

    nonetheless the bicycle crunch is probably one of the BEST exercises for abs :)

    make sure not you pull your neck up with your hands and/or interlock your fingers which can cause stress. And breathe regularaly so you don’t raise your blood pressure. Good Luck :P

    Oh god I just tried this excersise, I must have looked like a retard.

    I’m quite fit and muscular all round, but for some reason I avoided abdominal excersises and it really showed when I attempted this, my neck aches too.

    My advice is do this 3 sets of 20 repetitions 3 times a week.
